Terms & Conditions

  1. This campaign runs from 29 June 2017 until 20 July 2017 23:59 (Hong Kong Time), late submissions will not be accepted.
  2. There will be a total of 4 winners. Each winner will be rewarded with a set of 2 round trip economy class tickets from Hong Kong to Osaka offered by Hong Kong Airlines and 2 Universal Studios Japan® 1-Day Studio Pass.
  3. Each person is entitled to a game entry upon a net purchase of HK$800 (excluding coupon book purchase) at :CHOCOOLATE Hong Kong stores, each sales memo allows 1 game entry only.
  4. Participants shall not submit entries containing abusive, offensive, obscene or threatening language, :CHOCOOLATE reserves the right to disqualify participants’game entries.
  5. :CHOCOOLATE will select 4 winners based on the answer’s originality and thoughtfulness.
  6. Participants must provide accurate sales memo number and personal information. Entries with incorrect information will be disqualified.
  7. Winners will be notified individually by :CHOCOOLATE via phone or email in late July 2017. If the winners fail to provide the necessary information/collect the prize within a set timeframe, the prize will be automatically forfeited.
  8. Taxes, fuel surcharges and administration fee will be collected at the time of air ticket issuance.
  9. The prize is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash and/or any other items.
  10. :CHOCOOLATE reserves the right to publish the winners’ name and the winning content on brand’s social media.
  11. By joining this game, participants agree to comply with the terms and conditions, and will be deemed to be bound by them.
  12. :CHOCOOLATE reserves the final right to exercise this offer in case of disputes.
  13. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.

  4. 參加內容不得帶有任何粗言穢語，不雅字句或任何含有歧視意思的文字，:CHOCOOLATE將保留取消其參加資格的權利。
  5. :CHOCOOLATE將按答案原創性及心思選出四位得獎者。
  6. 參加者需確保所填寫之發票號碼及個人資料均正確無誤，任何錯誤資料將被視作無效。
