Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion will be held from June 9 to July 1, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). There will be one (1) prize winner (“Winner’) of the promotion, which will be drawn on July 13, 2018. The one (1) prize Winner will receive a set of round-trip air ticket for 2 persons from Hong Kong to Tokyo (subject to such class as designated by i.t) and join the brand camping event hosted by snow peak from September 13 to September 16, 2018, worth over HKD$25,000.
2. During the Promotion Period, customer who has a single net purchase of HK$1,500 or above on selected items (which must include at least one snow peak item) at i.t blue block, Hysan Place, Cityplaza, Silvercord and Festival Walk i.t shops in Hong Kong can join the lucky draw, by simply submitting the form (with his / her full name (as shown in HKID card), day and month of birth, Hong Kong mobile phone number, email address, sales receipt number, amount of purchase) through the online platform available at i.t blue block, Hysan Place, Hong Kong.
3. Each single receipt up to HK$1,500 will be eligible for one lucky draw entry. Participants may enroll more than once but any duplicated entry of the same sales receipt number or wrongful entry will be disqualified. Eligible participant must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above.
4. Any valid receipt must be issued within the Promotion Period. Participants should keep the original receipt for verification purpose. Eligible participant with the valid receipt who has arranged for product exchange or refund will have his/her eligibility to the lucky draw entry automatically forfeited.
5. Deadline for the lucky draw is at 22:30 on July 3, 2018. The time recorded by i.t shall be final and conclusive.
6. Winner will be required to present the original and valid receipt for verification at the time of prize redemption. If Winner fails to collect the prize, or Winner fails to present the original and valid receipt, or if the receipt presented is inconsistent with the information as enrolled, then it will be considered as an invalid registration and we reserve our rights to disqualify such registration and/or award it to the next winner which is from the reserved winner list.
7. Winner must redeem the prize in person at specified i.t store on or before 3 September, 2018 and agree with the terms and conditions on the prize redemption. Winner may appoint a representative to collect the prize on his/her behalf with a valid authorization letter. The authorized representative is required to present the original receipt and authorization letter for verification purpose. Winner who fails to respond and / or collect the prize will be deemed to forgo the privilege and in this case, we will be entitled to dispose of the prize at whatever manner we deem fit.
8. The result of the lucky draw will be announced in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on July 23, 2018. Winner will also be notified by email.
9. Once the prize is collected, no reissue or proof will be given even if it is lost, damaged, or stolen thereafter. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-changeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We provide no warranty on the fitness of usage, merchantability, durability, product safety and quality on the prize. Under any circumstance, we shall not be liable for any consequences due to the redemption or usage of the prize.
10. The free air tickets must be booked and used within the validity period, with a maximum stay covering the snow peak camping event from September 13 to September 16, 2018, and would be subject to the blackout period as designated by the airline. Seats are subject to availability of the airline. Air tickets have to be issued at least 21 days before departure date. Once the flight booking is made, no change is allowed.
11. Any extra administration, airport security charges, luggage surcharge and taxes are to be borne by the winner who shall pay the same upon air ticket issuance. Winner shall also be responsible for his/her and his /her companion’s own accommodation, catering, local transportation expenses, insurance, visa application fee and taxes. Under any circumstance, we will not be responsible for any property damage, personal injury or death during his / her flight, stay in Japan and / or the camping event.
12. Any incomplete, fake, blurred, or copied receipt is not acceptable. Nor any receipts which is beyond the Promotion Period. Any loss or stolen receipt will not be replaced or reissued. We have the final judgment on the eligibility of the Winner.
13. Information of participants as shown on the web registration is final and conclusive. If any fraud, mistake, dishonesty act is found in the course of enrollment and lucky draw, we reserve the right to cancel the participant’s record, disqualify the Winner’s entitlement to the prize.
14. Winner and his/her companion must aged 18 or above in order to take the flight and join the camping event. If, for whatever reason, Winner and his/her companion is not able to take the flight and/or join the camping event hosted by snow peak, then he / she will deem to forgo the privilege and in this case, we may (but is not obliged to) award the prize to the next winner which is from the reserved winner list.
15. We are not the supplier of the air tickets, nor the host of the camping event. We accept no liability for any matters relating to the air tickets and the camping event, including but not limited to any delay, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation in the flight and/or camping event. In particular, we will not be responsible for any re-issuance, compensation, re-scheduling and/or indemnification of any equal-valued award.
16. We shall use participant’s personal data for this promotion and i.t membership program purpose.
17. We may also use participant’s personal data for direct marketing purpose with participant’s consent. Please learn more from the i.t Privacy Policy Statement. If you disagree, you may opt-out in the registration process.
18. We bear no responsibility for fairness, transparency, publicity and legitimacy of this promotion.
19. i.t staffs and their relatives are not allowed to join this lucky draw promotion. i.t reserve our rights to disqualify such registration and/or award to the next winner which is from the reserved winner list.
20. If, due to computer, network, telephone, technology or for any other reason, any delay, loss, default, non-transmission or damage is caused to any enrollment in the website, or notifications sent by us, we shall not hold any responsibility.
21. In case of any dispute, the decision of i.t will be final and binding.
22. This promotion is governed by the laws of Hong Kong and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
23. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

抽獎條款及細則

1. 推廣期由2018年6月9日至2018年7月1日(“推廣期”)。將於2018年7月13日抽出1名得獎者(“得獎者”)，得獎者可贏取雙人香港來回東京機票（由i.t安排和決定），及於2018年9月13 至9月16日參加由品牌snow peak舉辦的露營體驗活動，價值超過港幣$25,000元正。
2. 顧客於推廣期內於香港銅鑼灣希慎廣場i.t blue block、太古城中心、新港中心及又一城i.t專門店購買指定產品（其中必須最少包含1件snow peak產品）滿淨價港幣1,500元或以上(以單一發票計算)，憑有效單據透過店内提供的網上平台登記，並輸入全名(如香港身份證所示)、出生年份和月份、香港手提電話、電郵地址，收據編號及收據上標示的購物金額即可參加抽奬。
3. 每張單據滿港幣1,500元可獲1次抽獎機會，每人參加次數不限，惟任何重複單據或錯誤輸入資料，即告作廢。合資格的參加者必須為香港居民並年滿18歲。
4. 有效單據必須於推廣期期間發出。參加者須保留收據正本以作核實之用。如合資格的參加者在申請參加抽獎活動後進行換貨或退款，該抽獎資格將會被當作登記無效。
5. 抽獎截止參加時間為2018年7月3日晚上10時30分。一切時間以i.t為準，逾期恕不計算。
6. 得獎者須出示有關正本及有效單據以作證明，如得獎者未能領取獎品，或得獎者未能出示有效單據正本，或單據上之資料與所輸入之資料不符，即被當作登記無效，i.t有權取消其得獎資格，並由候補名單内的另一位得獎者補上。
7. 得獎者須在2018年9月3日或之前於指定地點本人親身領取獎品並同意有關獎品之條款及細則。得奬者可以書面授權其他人仕代為領取獎品，代領人仕領獎時必須出示有關單據正本及授權書作核實之用。若得獎者未能在指定期限內回覆及/或領取獎品，則視同放棄得獎權利，其獎品將會被沒收，而i.t有全權處理該獎品。
8. 抽獎結果將於2018年7月23日於星島日報及英文虎報公佈，得獎者將收到電郵通知領獎事宜。
9. 獎品一經領取後，若有遺失、破損或被竊，i.t將不會補發或証明。所有獎品均不可退款、轉讓、更改或兌換現金。i.t不保証獎品的性能、耐用性、可用性、安全性及質量等。在任何情況下，i.t 對所有因領取或使用獎品之後果概不負責。
10. 獎品機票須在指定期限内登記及使用，逗留期為2018年9月13日至16日（將根據snow peak露營體驗活動連交通安排為準），並同時以航空公司的班次服務為準。機票座位安排會根據航空公司提供的選項中揀選。機票必須在起飛日期前21日確定，,機票一經確實便不能作出任何修改。
11. 任何額外的行政費、機場保安收費、行李費及稅項將由得獎者及機票署名人士負責。得獎者須自行負責本人及其同行者之住宿、餐飲、當地交通、保險、簽證及稅項的費用。在任何情況下，i.t將概不負責任何個人財物的遺失、破損或被竊，以及在飛行途中、目的地(日本)及露營體驗中發生的個人損傷及身故事宜。
12. 收據如有任何過期、不完整、影印、損毀、重印、修改或塗污，均作廢論。收據如在推廣期以外發出不可參加此推廣。收據如有遺失或被竊，恕不補發。i.t對參加者資格有最終決定權。
13. 參加者所輸入的資料均以網上登記之記錄為準，任何重複、錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效。如i.t發現申請及抽獎過程中有違反規定、造假及不誠實手法，i.t有權刪除參加者之紀錄，取消得獎者得獎資格。
14. 得獎者及其同行者必須年滿18歲。在任何情況下，如得獎者及其同行者無法根據安排使用機票及/或參加snow peak舉行的露營體驗活動，i.t有權取消其得獎資格，並由候補名單内的另一位得獎者補上。
15. i.t並非機票服務的提供者及露營活動的主辦者,對任何關於機票服務安排及露營活動的一切事宜概不負責，包括其延遲、暫停、改期及取消。i.t將不會補發、補償、改動及改贈與獎品相同價值的獎品安排。
16. i.t會使用參加者的個人資料作此推廣及i.t會員計劃之用。
17. i.t在得到參加者的同意下亦會用其個人資料作直接促銷資料。參加者可了解個人資料(私隱)政策聲明。參加者如不同意，可自行在登記時選擇不接受。
18. i.t不會就是次推廣的公平性，透明度，公開性及合法性負責。
19. i.t員工及其家屬成員不得參加是次抽獎活動。i.t有權取消其參加及得獎資格，並由候補名單内的另一位得獎者補上。
20. 如有任何因電腦、網路、電話、技術或任何理由，而令任何人士所登錄之資料或令i.t發出之通知有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或損毀之情況，i.t不負任何法律責任，任何人士亦不得有任何異議。
21. 如有任何爭議，i.t 保留最終決定權，任何人不得異議。
22. 是次推廣遵從香港法律，如有任何爭議，均以香港法院作最終裁決。
23. 本條款及細則之中英文版本有歧異之處，則以英文版本為準。
