Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion will be held from December 8 to December 31, 2018 (“Promotion Period”). There will be one (1) grand prize winner, three (3) 2nd prize winners, eight (8) 3rd prize winners and eight (8) 4th prize winners. Prize winners (‘Winners’) of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th prizes will be drawn on 2 January, 2019. The one (1) 1st Prize Winner will receive a set of Parisian Macao Package (‘Hotel service’) for one room and one night and two-way regular ferry tickets (for two person), worth over HKD$3,000; Three (3) 2nd Prize Winners will receive a HKD$1,000 tout à coup cash voucher. One voucher could be used on selected Spring-summer 2019 tout à coup items; Eight (8) 3rd Prize Winners will receive a tout à coup Cake Cat Furry blanket, each worth HKD$399; and eight (8) 4th Prize Winners will receive a tout à coup floral scented candle, each worth HKD$299.
2. During the Promotion Period, customer who has a single net purchase of HKD$600 or above on selected Fall-winter 2018 tout à coup items at The ONE, Silvercord, apm, Tsuen Wan Citistore, Yuen Long Plaza and YOHO Mall II tout à coup shops or Hysan Place, Cityplaza, Silvercord, Langham Place, MOKO, Hollywood Plaza, Festival Walk, New Town Plaza I, Tuen Mun Town Plaza I i.t shops in Hong Kong can join the lucky draw, by simply submitting the form (with his / her full name (as shown in HKID card), day and month of birth, Hong Kong mobile phone number, email address, sales receipt number, amount of purchase) through the online platform.
3. Each single receipt up to HKD$600 will be eligible for one lucky draw entry. Participants may enroll more than once but any duplicated entry of the same sales receipt number or wrongful entry will be disqualified. Eligible participant must be a Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above.
4. Any valid receipt must be issued within the Promotion Period. Participants should keep the original receipt for verification purpose. Eligible participant with the valid receipt who has arranged for product exchange or refund will have his/her eligibility to the lucky draw entry automatically forfeited.
5. Submission Deadline for the lucky draw is at 22:30 on 1 January, 2019. The time recorded by tout à coup shall be final and conclusive.
6. Each participant can win one prize only. And Winners will be required to present the original and valid receipt for verification at the time of prize redemption. If Winners fail to collect the prize, or Winners fail to present the original and valid receipt, or if the receipt presented is inconsistent with the information as enrolled, then it will be considered as an invalid registration and we reserve our rights to disqualify such registration and/or award it to the next winner which is from the reserved winners’ list.
7. Winners must redeem the prize in person at specified tout à coup store on or before 25 January, 2019 and agree with the terms and conditions on the prize redemption. Winners may appoint a representative to collect the prize on his/her behalf with a valid authorization letter. The authorized representative is required to present the original receipt and authorization letter for verification purpose. Winner who fails to respond and / or collect the prize will be deemed to forgo the privilege and in this case, we will be entitled to dispose of the prize at whatever manner we deem fit.
8. The result of the lucky draw will be announced in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 4 January, 2019. Winners will also be notified by email.
9. Once the prize is collected, no reissue or proof will be given even if it is lost, damaged, or stolen thereafter. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-changeable and cannot be exchanged for cash. We provide no warranty on the fitness of usage, merchantability, durability, product safety and quality on the prize. Under any circumstance, we shall not be liable for any consequences due to the redemption or usage of the prize.
10. For the winner of the 1st prize, the free hotel service and ferry package must be booked and used within the validity period, from 26 January to 27 January, 2019, and would be subject to the blackout period as designated by the hotel and ferry company. Hotel room & ferry seats are subject to availability of the hotel & ferry company. Hotel package and ferry tickets have to be issued on or before 9 January, 2019. Once the bookings are made, no change is allowed.
11. For the winner of the 1st prize, any extra administration, immigration security charges, luggage surcharge and taxes are to be borne by the winner who shall pay the same upon ferry ticket issuance. Winner shall also be responsible for his/her and his /her companion’s own catering, local transportation expenses, insurance, visa application fee and taxes (if applicable). Under any circumstance, we will not be responsible for any property damage, personal injury or death during his / her journey.
12. Winner and his/her companion must age 18 or above in order to go on the journey. If, for whatever reason, Winner and his/her companion is not able to take the hotel service and ferry package arranged by tout à coup, then he / she will deem to forgo the privilege and in this case, we may (but is not obliged to) award the prize to the next winner which is from the reserved winner list.
13. We are not the supplier of the hotel service & ferry tickets. We accept no liability for any matters relating to the hotel service and ferry tickets, including but not limited to any delay, suspension, rescheduling or cancellation in the hotel service and/or ferry tickets. In particular, we will not be responsible for any re-issuance, compensation, re-scheduling and/or indemnification of any equal-valued award.
14. Any incomplete, fake, blurred, or copied receipt is not acceptable. Nor any receipts which is beyond the Promotion Period. Any loss or stolen receipt will not be replaced or reissued. We have the final judgment on the eligibility of the Winner.
15. Information of participants as shown on the web registration is final and conclusive. If any fraud, mistake, dishonesty act is found in the course of enrollment and lucky draw, we reserve the right to cancel the participant’s record, disqualify the Winner’s entitlement to the prize.
16. We shall use participant’s personal data for this promotion and tout à coup membership program purpose.
17. We may also use participant’s personal data for direct marketing purpose with participant’s consent. Please learn more from the I.T Privacy Policy Statement. If you disagree, you may opt-out in the registration process.
18. We bear no responsibility for fairness, transparency, publicity and legitimacy of this promotion.
19. i.t staff and their relatives are not allowed to join this lucky draw promotion. tout à coup reserve our rights to disqualify such registration and/or award to the next winner which is from the reserved winner list.
20. If, due to computer, network, telephone, technology or for any other reason, any delay, loss, default, non-transmission or damage is caused to any enrollment in the website, or notifications sent by us, we shall not hold any responsibility.
21. In case of any dispute, the decision of tout à coup will be final and binding.
22. This promotion is governed by the laws of Hong Kong and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
23. If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.

抽獎條款及細則

1. 推廣期由2018年12月8日至2018年12月31日(“推廣期”)。將於2019年1月2日抽出共20名得獎者(“得獎者”)，分別為：頭獎得獎者 (1名) 可贏取澳門巴黎人酒店一間套房一晚及雙人來回澳門普通等船票 (“酒店及船票”)，價值超過港幣$3,000元正。二獎得獎者（3名）可獲得tout à coup港幣$1,000元正購物現金券一張（購買指定春夏2019 tout à coup產品即可使用此現金券1張。）。三獎得獎者 (8名) 可獲得tout à coup Cake Cat 毛毯一張，價值港幣$399元正。四獎得獎者 (8名) 可獲得tout à coup 香薰乾花蠟燭一個，價值港幣$299元正。
2. 顧客於推廣期內於香港tout à coup THE ONE、新港中心、apm、荃灣千色Citistore、元朗廣場及形點II專門店或i.t希慎廣場、太古城中心、新港中心、朗豪坊、新世紀廣場、荷李活商業中心、又一城、新城市廣場一期、屯門市廣場一期專門店 購買指定tout à coup 2018秋冬產品滿淨價港幣600元或以上(以單一發票計算)，憑有效單據透過店内提供的網上平台登記，並輸入全名(如香港身份證所示)、出生月份和日子、香港手提電話、電郵地址，收據編號及收據上標示的購物金額即可參加抽奬。
3. 每張單據滿港幣600元可獲1次抽獎機會，每人參加次數不限，惟任何重複單據或錯誤輸入資料，即告作廢。合資格的參加者必須為香港居民並年滿18歲。
4. 有效單據必須於推廣期期間發出。參加者須保留收據正本以作核實之用。如合資格的參加者在申請參加抽獎活動後進行換貨或退款，該抽獎資格將會被當作登記無效。
5. 登記抽獎截止參加時間為2019年1月1日晚上10時30分。一切時間以tout à coup為準，逾期恕不計算。
6. 每名參加者只限中獎一次。得獎者須出示有關正本及有效單據以作證明，如得獎者未能領取獎品，或得獎者未能出示有效單據正本，或單據上之資料與所輸入之資料不符，即被當作登記無效，tout à coup有權取消其得獎資格，並由候補名單内的另一位得獎者補上。
7. 得獎者須在2019年1月25日或之前於指定地點本人親身領取獎品並同意有關獎品之條款及細則。得奬者可以書面授權其他人仕代為領取獎品，代領人仕領獎時必須出示有關單據正本及授權書作核實之用。若得獎者未能在指定期限內回覆及/或領取獎品，則視同放棄得獎權利，其獎品將會被沒收，而tout à coup有全權處理該獎品。
8. 抽獎結果將於2019年1月4日星島日報及英文虎報公佈，得獎者將收到電郵通知領獎事宜。
9. 獎品一經領取後，若有遺失、破損或被竊，tout à coup將不會補發或証明。所有獎品均不可退款、轉讓、更改或兌換現金。tout à coup不保証獎品的性能、耐用性、可用性、安全性及質量等。在任何情況下，tout à coup對所有因領取或使用獎品之後果概不負責。
10. 頭獎：酒店及船票須在指定期限内登記及使用，逗留期為2019年1月26日至27日，並同時以酒店及船公司的服務為準。酒店住宿房間及船票座位安排會根據酒店及船公司提供的選項中揀選。酒店及船票必須在2019年1月9日或之前確定，酒店及船票安排一經確實便不能作出任何修改。
11. 任何額外的行政費、保安收費、行李費及稅項將由得獎者及同行者負責。得獎者須自行負責本人及其同行者之餐飲、當地交通、保險、簽證及稅項的費用。在任何情況下，tout à coup將概不負責任何個人財物的遺失、破損或被竊，以及在旅程途中及目的地(澳門)發生的個人損傷及身故事宜。
12. 得獎者及其同行者必須年滿18歲。在任何情況下，如得獎者及其同行者無法根據安排使用酒店及船票，tout à coup有權取消其得獎資格，並由候補名單内的另一位得獎者補上。
13. tout à coup並非酒店及船票服務的提供者，對任何關於服務安排及一切事宜概不負責，包括其延遲、暫停、改期及取消。tout à coup將不會補發、補償、改動及改贈與獎品相同價值的獎品安排。
14. 收據如有任何過期、不完整、影印、損毀、重印、修改或塗污，均作廢論。收據如在推廣期以外發出不可參加此推廣。收據如有遺失或被竊，恕不補發。tout à coup對參加者資格有最終決定權。
15. 參加者所輸入的資料均以網上登記之記錄為準，任何重複、錯誤或不完整的資料將被視作無效。如tout à coup發現申請及抽獎過程中有違反規定、造假及不誠實手法，tout à coup有權刪除參加者之紀錄，取消得獎者得獎資格。
16. tout à coup會使用參加者的個人資料作此推廣及tout à coup會員計劃之用。
17. tout à coup在得到參加者的同意下亦會用其個人資料作直接促銷資料。參加者可了解個人資料(私隱)政策聲明。參加者如不同意，可自行在登記時選擇不接受。
18. tout à coup不會就是次推廣的公平性，透明度，公開性及合法性負責。
19. i.t 員工及其家屬成員不得參加是次抽獎活動。tout à coup有權取消其參加及得獎資格，並由候補名單内的另一位得獎者補上。
20. 如有任何因電腦、網路、電話、技術或任何理由，而令任何人士所登錄之資料或令tout à coup發出之通知有遲延、遺失、錯誤、無法辨識或損毀之情況，tout à coup不負任何法律責任，任何人士亦不得有任何異議。
21. 如有任何爭議，tout à coup 保留最終決定權，任何人不得異議。
22. 是次推廣遵從香港法律，如有任何爭議，均以香港法院作最終裁決。
23. 本條款及細則之中英文版本有歧異之處，則以英文版本為準。
